Postage and Delivery

 

Delivery is £4 or FREE of charge on orders over £60 to addresses within the UK via Royal Mail Standard Delivery.

I will email you a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

 

As most of my jewellery is one of a kind or made in limited numbers, I usually have only one item in stock that you can purchase in my shop. Delivery of stock items will take 2-4 working days in most cases. Please contact me via email if the item is required more quickly or by a specific date.

 

International orders are welcome, and they will be shipped via Royal Mail International post for a flat rate of £10.

 

 

Made to Order Items

 

All the items you find on this page can be made to order in different colour combinations. 

Made to order items may take 3-4 weeks from order date.

Rings can be ordered in any size (3-4 weeks)

Necklaces: All chains are 16”/40cm long unless specified otherwise.  Other lengths are available on request but may take longer.

 

 

Return Policy

 

I hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please contact me via email to resolve any issues. All returns must be authorised first.

 

Returns are within 14 days of delivery excluding earrings, commissions or made to order items..

 

Customers are responsible for the cost of return by tracked delivery in original packaging.

Product Care

 

Enamel is glass fused to metal. Avoid dropping or hitting your jewellery against hard surfaces as it may result in chipping, cracks and scratches of the enamel. The enamelled piece can be washed in warm water with soap, rinsed and dried with a soft cloth. The silver parts of the jewellery can be cleaned with a silver cleaning cloth if they start to tarnish. Store the jewellery wrapped in a soft cloth or in the jewellery box delivered in.
